Indoor Pest Management
Trad's takes an integrated approach to controlling pests inside a person's home. Trad's does not believe that "more is better" when it comes to applying products inside a customer's home. Instead we choose Green products when they are the best choice and work with the customer to eliminate the pest problem. We will go over the interior and exterior of a customer's home to evaluate conditions that may contribute to pests in and around the home.
Trad's offers Once a Year and Quarterly Programs for treatment of roaches, silverfish, ants (excluding fire ants, crazy ants and carpenter ants), earwigs, centipedes and millipedes. Service calls are free and included.
Our most popular Indoor program is Quarterly Pest Control. Florida is tropical and pests are a constant issue. Quarterly Pest Control provides continual protection from pests. Trad’s treatments and the correction of conducive conditions is the winning combination to rid your home or office of pests.
The first time Trad’s treats, we do both interior and exterior application. After this, Trad’s will make preventative treatments to the exterior of your home each quarter. If pests reappear on the inside, a simple call to the office is all that is necessary for Trad’s to schedule a service call for an additional treatment.
As a convenience to the customer, Trad’s takes the entire cost of the program and pro-rates the amount over the course of the yearly agreement. Trad’s customers make smaller, monthly payments for the service instead of being asked to keep track of services on a pay as you go program. As with all Trad’s programs, Inside Pest Control automatically renews year to year unless a client advises us otherwise.
