What are proper cultural practices and why are they so important to the success of any of Trad’s programs. Proper cultural practices (PCP) are in short the customers part in the development and of beautiful lawn and a healthy landscape. A Lawn and Shrub care professional is but one player in the strategy to achieve the lawn and landscape sought after by the homeowner. The results that are attainable by Trad’s are completely dependent on how committed the homeowner is to PCP. Good results from our applications will not be achieved through the applications alone. Instead, the lawn and landscape most homeowner’s desire is achieved through a partnership between the lawn and shrub care professional and the homeowner.
